A finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for his landmark work of nonfiction\u00a0The Devil\u2019s Highway<\/em>, now in its 30th paperback printing,\u00a0Luis Alberto Urrea<\/b>\u00a0is the author of numerous other works of nonfiction, poetry, and fiction, including the national bestsellers\u00a0The Hummingbird\u2019s Daughter\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0The House of Broken Angels<\/em>,\u00a0a National Book Critics Circle Award finalist. A recipient of an American Academy of Arts and Letters Award, among many other honors, he lives outside Chicago and teaches at the University of Illinois Chicago. His new novel is\u00a0Good Night, Irene.<\/em><\/p>\n
