Her latest cookbook is\u00a0<em>Fermenter: DIY Fermentation for Vegan Fare\u00a0<\/em><em>coauthored with chef Aaron Adams.<\/em>\u00a0She is a longtime writer on Pacific Northwest food and drink, and her writing has appeared in\u00a0<em>Lucky Peach<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Food &amp; Wine<\/em>, the\u00a0<em>Sun<\/em>\u00a0magazine, the\u00a0<em>Progressive<\/em>, and the\u00a0<em>Guardian<\/em>.
